The shameless Montana ACLU is suing the state to overturn the child mutilation and chemical castration ban SB99. Even Clinton lawyers are in on the scam.
They claim that children without gender dysphoria can still receive the chemical castration and gender mutilation butchery and therefore it’s discrimination to not allow it for gender dysphoric children.
Outside ?: American Civil Liberties Union, the ACLU of Montana, Lambda Legal, and Clinton fixer attorneys Perkins Coie.
Also challenging the law are doctors at hospitals and clinics in Missoula and Bozeman. Dr. Juanita Hodax of Community Medical Center, and Dr. Katy Mistretta of Bozeman Creek Family Health.
This is utter misdirection.
Bradley is gnashing his teeth because the new conservative Great Falls elections administrator conducted an all in-person voting poll for school board rather than sending an absentee ballot to every single person on the dirty voter rolls.
Also consider the framing of the “Election Protection Committee” group bringing the “complaint” to Bradley.
This “committee” is free to consider problems with elections unscandalized, but if a conservative group has concerns they are conspiracy theorists.
Stay mad.
BREAKING: Zephyr Case Denied By Judge
A Helena judge denied an attempt by transgender Missoula lawmaker Rep. Zooey Zephyr to regain access to the floor of the Montana House of Representatives. The order will effectively prevent Rep. Zooey Zephyr (D-Missoula) from accessing the floor for the remainder of the legislative session.
Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen reacted to the judge’s decision:
“This lawsuit was nothing more than an attempt by outside groups to interfere with Montana’s lawmaking process. Today’s decision is a win for the rule of law and the separation of powers enshrined in our Constitution.”

Rep. Kerri Seekins-Crowe spoke this morning after Montana Democrats and the media smeared her for saying she would not allow her daughter to mutilate herself for the gender cult.
“You picked the wrong mother to go after,” said Rep. Crowe as she concluded her remarks.
Rep. Seekins-Crowe carried the ban on child mutilation and chemical castration in the Montana House. The ban was signed into law by the Governor last week.

Montana Media Malice
The mainstream media continues to debase itself over child mutilation and Democrats priorities, this time publishing a smear of the House representative that carried the Senate ban on child mutilation in Montana, SB99.
In a speech, Rep. Kerri Seekins-Crowe said she would not be held hostage by threats from her children to commit suicide if she did not allow them mutilate their bodies in a sex change operation. Seekins-Crowe was speaking from personal experience with her own daughter.
“I was not going to give in to her emotional manipulation because she was incapable of making those decisions and I had to make those decisions for her,” Seekins-Crowe said.
The Montana media, through a national correspondent in Washington (too embarrassed to write it themselves but happy to publish it), suggested that Seekins-Crowe is a heartless monster who would rather her daughter commit suicide.
They have inverted reality suggesting telling your children no mutilations when they threaten suicide is a bad thing.
Seeking-Crowe did the right thing and her daughter is unmarred by the gender cult butchery. At least physically.
The activist biased media and the Democrats are truly the enemy of the people.
The media in Montana likes to act like they do not have a liberal bias, but here is Jami Woodman, a “journalist” with Brand Montana (a leftist astroturf news project from Montana publisher Jesse Mullen) demanding that Rep. Braxton Mitchell “quit misgendering people.”
Rep. Mitchell asks Woodman who he misgendered and the reporter responded, “Zooey Zephyr.”
Mitchell has correctly referred to Rep. Zephyr as a male while Woodman and other Montana “journalists” continue to indulge the make believe narrative from Zephyr that he is a female.
Mitchell insists he has not misgendered anyone and Woodman then attempts to bait Mitchell by asking him to say he didn’t misgender Zephyr.
The Montana Democrats and Democrats at large really are the party of biomedical tyranny and child sacrifice and mutilation.
From championing forced-masking and forced vaccinations to murdering unborn children and claiming children can consent to being physically mutilated to conform to an en vogue identity crisis.
The Democrats defend it all.
Explicitly and implicitly. They cannot use common sense because they worship the biomedical priests. The priests only need point to a piece of doctrine determined by other medical priests that a thing is good and useful and must be done. No common sense is deployed.
This thinking is clear in eco-academic spheres as well, worshipping the “consensus” of the priesthood on “climate science” and shunning, defunding, and silencing the dissenting clergy.
The Montana GOP should define Democrats as this. They should stop thinking the Democrats will come to their senses. There are limitless horizons of “possibilities” that Democrats will sign onto if they can weaponize it for more power.
The media in Montana is fully on board. They still have never interviewed a single parent who was against forced-masking and vaccine coercion of their children. Only the permanent bureaucrats and priests like “Doctor” Lauren Wilson were considered.
Funny thing about Dr. Lauren Wilson, is that she has been the person involved in all of the medical industrial complex tyranny in Montana. She has testified, interviewed, and broadcasted the demands of the bio-medical state including murdering pre-born children, force masking children and adults, vaccine coercion, and child mutilation through “sex change” butchery.
Everything is so barbaric and sickening right now.
