Please File An Objection
The Water Court has granted a 60 day extension for filing an objection to the overreach of the CSKT Compact. The final filing date for the extension is February 9, 2023. Please file an objection!
For more information about the hideousness of the Flathead Water Compact, please visit https://www.equalwaterrights.com and https://westernmtwaterrights.wordpress.com/2022/12/04/overreach/.
In a nutshell, this Compact grants off-reservation water rights to the tribes. This is unprecedented…and an egregious over-reach by the government and the tribes. Ask agriculture users about how their water was delivered late and stopped early this past summer. This affected their crops, livestock, etc.. The trickle-down effect will harm all of us.
Most Montanans do not understand that their water rights are being GIVEN away. The preliminary decree was mailed to 68,000 out of 300,000 residents that are affected by the CSKT Compact. This is a blatant violation of the Montanan citizen’s constitutional right to know and right to participate knowledgeably.
Please file your objection by February 9, 2023! Go to https://courts.mt.gov/courts/water/Notices-Info/PublicNotices
Thank You, Truth-Teller Annie Bukacek, For Informing Us
Dr. Annie Bukacek’s misinformed critics never cease to amaze me. Their words reveal they have no knowledge of the dirty, dangerous process of mining rare earth metals that is required for the production of solar and wind power. Dr. Bukacek calls it the “blood diamond colonial model of business,” as it exploits the working people in African, Asian and South American countries and destroys their land. Dr. Annie exposes this in various presentations. She is not saying solar and wind power are bad, but pointing out that if the process of their production and disposal is dirty and uses non-renewable rare earth metals, then solar and wind as sources of power themselves are not clean, green and renewable. She rightly calls it a scam, the way these facts are being kept from the unknowing public. Dr. Annie Bukacek is the ultimate truth-teller, willing to put up with the mocking falsehoods spoken by people who don’t seem to have a clue. On the PSC, she will continue to tell us citizens what’s going on. We need that. VOTE DR. BUKACEK for PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION DISTRICT 5.

Republicans assume that when Republicans are in control the results are always good. That hasn’t been the case in the Public Service Commission. Most of these commissioners have voted against competition and for giving protected monopolies more protection.
That’s the reason I’m strongly supporting Dr. Annie Bukacek for PSC5. Bukacek represents a much-needed change in course from a Commission that is dominated by poorly qualified politicians looking for their next political “gig” to one of professionals capable of understanding what rate-controlling, market-based public utility regulation is about.
Bukacek is exceptional and doesn’t need the PSC job to maintain her lifestyle or her spot in the political limelight until she runs for another office. To the contrary, she’s scaling back her very successful medical practice to devote herself to public service in an area that affects everyone. Her activism on behalf of unborn children and in defense of medical freedom is well known. The PSC desperately needs this same integrity, intelligence, dedication and hard work.
Term-limited legislator Derek Skees is the opposite, representing exactly what has been wrong at the PSC. His pro-monopoly, rate-raising record on PSC issues in the legislature shows he’ll be “business as usual” on the Commission. Electing him would be a huge mistake.
Vote Dr. Annie Bukacek for PSC5—please!!

Dear Editor,
PSC5 candidate Dr. Annie Bukacek hosted an event Tuesday, detailing her plans upon election:
*Notify public when relevant issues come before the PSC or legislators by holding Zoom and in-person meetings.
Thanks to Dr. Annie’s grassroots leadership since 2009, we have seen the impact of citizen involvement in bringing needed changes to our county and state.
*More PSC involvement with our legislators is warranted; Dr. Bukacek will make it happen.
Legislators make laws; PSC applies them. MCA Title 69 describes the jurisdiction/operation of PSC, but it can be modified as needed through legislation.
The focus of PSC members is limited compared to that of legislators (who handle thousands of bills on various topics). PSC members could have a huge impact for good by being involved with the legislative process (testifying, crafting bills).
*Montanans must retain access not only to power but also to water rights. Therefore, Dr. Annie will work with legislators to bring supervision/regulation of the Flathead Reservation Water Management Board of the Water Compact under the PSC. Per MT Constitution Article IX, this is the state’s duty/obligation. And, based on MCA Title 69, Dr. Annie believes PSC is the most appropriate government entity to accomplish it.

Dear Editor,
As a concerned voter, I find the articles attacking County Commissioner Candidate Jason Parce appalling.
Parce’s employee rights appear to have been violated by City of Kalispell public officials, including Commissioner Brad Abel and Former Mayor Tammi Fisher. Why are they not defending this employee’s rights and due process (allegation, investigation, determination, appeal and results)?
After determining that there is no criminal activity, the Event remains a sealed, confidential investigation. That and the appeals processes can take months before going to POST, where it can take many more months before a final determination is made. Only then are the results of the investigation made public as required by law.
Apparently, someone associated with this Event released confidential information, and current and former public officials then used that information to publicly violate known policies by making baseless assumptions as to what has allegedly occurred. These actions are an egregious infringement of the employee’s rights during a heated county commissioner race.
Given Jason’s stellar record as a police officer in Kalispell, the hit pieces against him smack of corruption. The opposition is misleading the public at a critical time in this important race.
Sincerely,
Julie Baldridge – Kalispell
Devon Decker is the ONLY truly conservative choice for House District 11. He is running for office because “our Freedoms and Liberty are under siege.” And he is absolutely correct. Find out more about Devon’s campaign here.
Devon’s opponent Ronalee Skees voted in the March 19, 2020, health board meeting to support the Health Officer Order to mandate that restaurants, bars and wineries close their indoor seating areas. (The vote is public record.) To date, Ronalee has only defended her vote and made excuses for why she trampled the rights of local business owners that day. When anyone dares to point out that she did indeed vote for mandates, she accuses them of “attacking her as a person” and making “inflammatory accusations” against her (see January 2022 BOH video). Is that really what pointing out the truth does? No.
If Ronalee Skees would vote for mandates once, she would vote for them again.
Citizens in HD 11: If you want to risk more lockdowns and tyranny, vote for Ronalee Skees. If you want your individual freedom and liberties protected, vote for Devon Decker.
Sincerely,
Julie Baldridge – Kalispell
